Some time ago I purchased an ebook from the SeoMoz site, now simply Moz (no, Miki, it's not you). Well, I paid $29.99 for that ebook which wasn't an ebook, because it was in pdf format and even children today know that a pdf ebook is a contradiction in terms. But the surprises don't end there. The cover was missing. We are talking about a site with thousands and thousands of readers, a site of professionals who earn. Were there no dollars coming out to commission a cover? But the surprises don't end there. I often found the chapter title at the end of the page and the beginning of the Phone Number Data chapter at the next. I say, but don't they bother doing "Page break" on the writing program either? Quality is priceless All this to say that the value of an ebook is not measured by a cover price. After all, you can buy any literary classic for 1 euro. Is that work really worth a euro? Certainly not. So why do you pay Wuthering Heights 1 euro? Why do you download an ebook for free? In the first case it is a cheap packaging of a work with expired rights or a used book. In the second case it is the writer or blogger who wants to give you a gift. Will anyone even be free to give a gift to complete strangers? Don't ask yourself how much a blogger earns with free ebooks, think about what you will earn by reading them.
